While pack prices would undoubtedly be different if this set had booster boxes, it's the closest we can get to a fair comparison to the next sets on the list

The card he opened, an "Ancient Mew" card, wasn't the rarest, per se, but the fact it was in mint condition made it more valuable than most
And its restricted, so even Vintage players only need a single copy
